Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, we will offer a return, exchange, or refund.

📌 Eligible for Return/Exchange

You can request a return/exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or faulty

  • You receive the wrong size/color/item

  • Embroidery/stitching has a manufacturing issue

📌 Conditions

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Perfume, stains, or wear marks will void the return

  • Size issues are not eligible for return (sizing chart is provided clearly)

📌 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:

  • The product is genuinely faulty

  • The replacement is not available

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
