Returns & Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Elysian will cover return shipping. For all other returns or exchanges such as size or change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.

Sale Items: Discounted and sale items are eligible for return or exchange under the same 7-day policy.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable: Items that are used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags/packaging cannot be accepted.
