We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the embroidery. Avoid harsh washing and direct ironing over embroidered areas.
If an item has a defect or there’s an error on our part, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. (Returns aren’t available for change of mind or incorrect size selection.)
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery (COD) available. Standard delivery typically takes 5–6 working days.
